What colour are your post boxes available in?

Our EIIR wedding post boxes are available four colours, Red with Gold Text, White with Gold Text, White with Silver Text and Ivory with Gold text.

Where do I provide my Wedding date at Checkout?

We ask for customers to provide a brief summary of their event via the "Contact us" page including Wedding Date, Wedding Venue and Colour Choice.

Once we have this information place an order via our website, we will then send you a hire form to fill out via email to finalise the booking and begin designing your personalised plaque

Are the boxes lockable?

Yes! We supply you with a key with the box, so your valuable wedding cards will be stored safely.

How many cards or guests would each box be suitable for?

Each box is suitable for approximately 250-300 cards, and suitable for around 500-600 guests based on an average of a card between two guests. 

The dimensions of the post boxes is 24" x 10" x 10"

Do you offer delivery and return, when will you deliver?

Yes. We are able to deliver directly to your home address, for a Friday or Saturday wedding we would deliver on Monday or Tuesday; this allows you approximately 4 days to transport the post box to your venue.

You will be provided with a one-hour delivery window by our track and trace service via text message and email – you won’t need to wait around!

Return is arranged via a drop off shop, the link to find your closest drop off shop is, we ask for the post box to be dropped off the following working day (usually a Monday).

Will the post box be supplied with a personalised plaque?

We have many personalised designs, which we will offer you to choose from, the card will have a brief message thanking guests for attending and inviting them to post their cards inside the box we include:

  • Names of the married couple
  • Name of the venue
  • Wedding date
  • Collection Time – normally the time your function finishes

You can keep the personalised card as memorabilia

Do you only cater to weddings?

We actually cater to all events, we commonly prepare post boxes for Charity Events, Birthdays, Corporate Events, Prize Entries and much more.

Do you require a security deposit?

A £75 fully refundable security deposit is required, this will be fully refunded on return of the post box, subject to no damage or loss of items that were provided with the post box hire. Our reviews online provide reassurance that we offer a swift deposit refund.
