Wedding Post boxes are a unique solution to receiving and safeguarding precious wedding cards and gifts.
Each large box is lockable and suitable for a wedding with approximately 600 guests with the estimate of safeguarding 300 cards (1 card per 2 guests)
Every hire comes with a FREE Premium Personalised card, which is yours to keep afterwards. We understand different functions have different decor themes, for this reason we offer many unique personalised plaques to suit your decor theme.
To reserve simply place an order via our website, a hire form will be sent to you to finalise your personalisations and assist with any individual requests

Having been in this industry for a number of years we have had a fair share of last minute bookings due to various hire companies overbooking and letting customers down. Please ensure any company you select to be part of your big day meet the following essential requirements:
Regularly refurbish their stock - ask to see pictures of their stock
Hold reserve emergency stock
Check their feedback and after sale service to make sure you are in safe hands
Any cancellations are charged at £10, to cover admin fees and any potential lost bookings
All hires are subject to a fully refundable security deposit of £75, deductions from this can be made for loss or damage

We will email you a hire form and a selection of personalised insert designs
Price for delivery and return postage within UK is £10 each way.
Collection can be arranged from Bradford, West Yorkshire
We use the services of DPD to deliver the post box to your nominated address. Inside the courier box you will find a return label. All you need to do is to apply the return label and drop the post box at your nearest DPD Pickup Shop – you can check locations here: DPD Pickup Shop
Usually for a Saturday wedding we would deliver on Wednesday and ask for the Post Box to be returned to a pickup shop on the Monday after the wedding. We can work with you to extend the hire period if required.
